Many of the apps currently being built are staff apps that are designed to provide easy access to information, forms and policies.
This demo app is based upon existing apps supplied to schools and is a low cost solution that saves time and money.
Your app will be built with your school branding and will be built to your requirements. Any form or policy that you require adding will be included. Staff then have easy access to information so can sign school policies and complete forms from within the app.
Features include:
Forms - Complete all school forms within the app such as overtime, days leave, PO requests etc
Policies - Read and/or sign policies such as Internet usage, positive behaviour policy etc
Wellbeing - Helpline info and useful websites (plus further info as required)
Staff Surveys - Create your survey and make it easily accessible to staff
Messages - Send messages directly to the users phones, where they will receive a notification to say a message has been received
Latest News - Keep staff updated with a Blog
Staff Community - Staff can create a profile and message each other often used as a staff directory
Training - Add training info such as videos or links to courses
Other - If you have an idea, let us know and we will include it if possible

I have had a little play on the app and think it's great. It is so easy to fill out overtime forms and other requests you may have. It's stays signed in and all policies load and can be read and signed. Handy app.
It looks very good! Really professional and very easy to use!
Doesn't take long to sign up at all just needs email, password, nickname. Once your signed in you stay signed in until you log out yourself.
Policies are easy to sign and once completed it says: 'thank you for submitting'.
Overall, I really liked the app, very useful.
So much more user friendly than ***** ****, I really liked it!
It is a good straight forward app and simple to use.
